It may be a little early, but as the weather gets cooler and as the colds start to go around here is the perfect solution:
-4 Split Chicken Breast
-Stalk of Celery
1.) Place the Chicken Breast in Large Soup Pot
2.) Put your Celery, Carrots, Parsley, Peppercorn (to taste), Turnip, Parsnip, Onion in Pot. Put Chicken Base in. (I use 1 to 1.5 cups of chicken base).
3.) Fill Pot with water 3 inches from top
4.) Bring it to a boil
5.) Turn the burner down to low. (I like to let my soup sit for a while an hour or more to let the taste get throughout so I turn the burner as low as it goes)
6.) Boil your noodles if desired.
7.) Take out the onion, turnip, parsnip
8.) Serve Your Soup
