Chinese Night with my Sous Chef

You dont need to call the local China King or deal with the public at PF Changs; Follow the recipes below:

-2 Green Peppers Chopped
– Green Onions Chopped
– 4 Cloves of Garlic
– 3 Chicken Breasts
– Corn Starch
– Vegetable Oil
– Sriracha Hot Chili Sauce (add as much as you can handle- I used a little less than a teaspoon)
– Sweet Chili Sauce (I used Mae Ploy)

1.) Dredge the Chicken Breasts in Corn Starch

2.) Put oil into saute pan and place the dredged Chicken into the pan. Cook until inside is cooked through. Take out and cut into bite sized pieces

3.) In a separate large pan pour in some olive oil and saute the peppers and garlic. Let this cook for 7-10 minutes on medium heat.

4.) After the 7-10 minutes, pour the bite sized chicken in to the large pan with the peppers and garlic.

5.) Add in the desired amount of Srircha hot chili sauce. And add in the Sweet Chili Sauce. I bought a 12oz bottle and added close to half of the bottle. Stir through for 3-5 minutes
