Chicken Parm Recipe

My Chicken Parm Recipe:


-4 Boneless Skinless Chicken Breasts
-Fresh Ground Pepper
-2 cups of all purpose flour
-4 large eggs beaten
-2 cups of bread crumbs
-Vegetable Oil or Olive Oil
-Tomato Sauce
-Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
-Shredded Cheddar Cheese
-Grated Parmesan Cheese
-Fresh Basil

1.) Preheat oven to 400 degrees
2.) Season Chicken with salt and pepper on both sides
3.) Dip each piece of Chicken Breast in the flour
4.) Dip Chicken directly in the egg
5.) Spread bread crumbs on both sides of each chicken breast
6.) Pour olive oil into a saute pan and place chicken breasts in and cook over medium heat for 2 minutes on each side, or until each side is browned
7.) While in the process of browning chicken cook your tomato sauce
8.) Sprinkle bread crumbs at the bottom of pyrex dish. Place the browned chicken into the pyrex dish
9.) Sprinkle additional bread crumbs on top of chicken. Add salt and pepper to taste.
10.) Sprinkle lightly the shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese. Sprinkle the grated parmesan cheese.
11.) Add your tomato sauce to the top of chicken and throughout pyrex dish
12.) Add additional shredded mozzarella and cheddar cheese on top of sauce as well as additional grated parmesan cheese.
13.) Place in oven for 8-10 minutes
14.) Remove from oven and garnish with basil and or parsley

Goes perfect with a side of pasta
