Chili Recipe

Hopefully this is the last of the frigid days until December. What better way to send the cold weather away than enjoying a bowl of chili.

-5lb of ground beef or turkey meat or any kind of meat you wish
-5 garlic cloves minced
-1 yellow onion chopped
-1 can (28oz) chopped tomatoes with juices
-6-8 tablespoons of chili powder
-1 teaspoon of ground cumin
-1/3 cup of cornmeal
-2 cups of Yuengling (or if you prefer inferior dark beer)
-Salt and pepper to taste
-2 cans of kidney beans (if you wish)
-Long hot pepper (if you wish)
-Elbow noodles (if you wish)

1.) Brown beef and transfer to slow cooker

2.) Add garlic, onion, tomatoes, chili powder, cumin, salt, pepper, kidney beans, cornmeal, and beer to slow cooker

3.) Stir together

4.) Cover and cook for 6 hours

5.) EAT!!!
