Below is a recipe for Breakfast of Champions

It tasted that much better as I ate it while watching the USA hockey team take down the Russians

Recipe for Pork Roll and Cheese Omelet
-2 slices of pork roll
-1 slice of American Cheese
-1/2 tablespoon of butter
-2 eggs
-salt
-pepper
-milk

-Spray pan with Pam

-Cook 2 slices of pork roll in a pan on low to medium heat on stove until done

-Place pork roll on plate and cut into small pieces

-Crack eggs into a small bowl and add a little bit of milk. Add in salt and pepper to taste. Stir until mixed well

-Add 1/2 tablespoon of butter in pan. Once melted and covering bottom of pan add in egg.

-Cook on low to medium heat.

-Once there is no more liquid from the egg and shape has formed, add in your cut up pork roll and break into pieces a slice of American cheese.

-Wait about 45 seconds to a minute and flip your egg in half.

-Take egg out of pan, put on plate to eat
